Position Summary: • To provide Excellent Clinical Leadership and deputise for the Ward Manager.
• Significant experience in Cardiac Nursing required
General
Responsibility: • To provide support to the Manager and deputise in her absence.
• Co-ordinate the 24 bed ward on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and promote best practice.
• Provide support and education to the ward team while promoting a stimulating learning environment.

| Qualifications: |
| Requirements • RGN Level 1
• ALS course
• Evidence of continuous professional and personal development
• Relevant qualification in Cardiac Nursing.

| • Cardiac experience
• Previous ward management experience
