In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a permanent role based in Cork.
The Client:A renowned private facility in North Cork (near Mallow & Charleville), this friendly and family run Nursing Home has 40 beds, and caters for convalescent, short-term respite, long term, post-op/post surgical and palliative care and also provides Person Centred Care in a compassionate and supportive environment.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will have responsibilities including both hands-on patient care and non-clinical duties such as staff rostering, staff allocation, assisting Director of Nursing with administration, etc.
This role involves day work only, but does include weekends and a “family friendly” roster/flexi-time will be offered to suit a candidate’s circumstances.

| Qualifications: |
| General Nursing qualification (diploma/degree)
Full An Bord Altranais registration
Credited training in dementia care or a management course desirable. |
| Experience: |
| Min. 3 yrs recent Care of Elderly experience
Previous experience at Clinical Nurse Manager level preferable
