Charge Nurse Band 7 PICU, London
In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking a Band 7 Charge Nurse for their PICU role based in west London
The Client:
Our Client is a leading private hospital in West London.
Job Requirements
As PICU Charge Nurse you will be required to assist in the overall operational management of the PICU, organise the delivery of high standards of family centred care to patients and their families, and provide leadership to the nursing team.
• NMC registered children's nurse or eligible
• Recent experience in a paediatric critical care setting
• Paediatric critical care qualification
• Mentorship for professional practice course
• Experience implementing research
• Experience with audits
• Experience teaching and assessing students at diploma/degree level
• Understanding of risk management
• Understanding of change management
Desirable
• BSc/BA Degree or studying currently,
• Management course
