Senior Staff Nurse PICU, London
In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking a Band 6 senior staff nurse for their PICU role based in west London
The Client:
Our Client is a leading private hospital in West London.
Job Requirements
As PICU senior staff nurse you will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality family centred care in the intensive care setting.
• NMC registered children's nurse or eligible
• Recent experience in a paediatric critical care setting
• Paediatric critical care qualification
• Mentorship for professional practice course
• To act as a clinical role model to team members
• Provide support and leadership to other staff in the unit
• Ability to negotiate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
• Effective communication and organisational skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing situations
