| Job Description: |
We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a busy team on a prestigious site in London.
Our client is one of the best international healthcare providers.

Permanent full-time role.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours
Up to £43,000
In this role you’ll assist the Occupational Health Manager in managing the clinical team ensuring that high clinical standards are maintained and outstanding customer service is provided.
A large part of the role will be to guide and develop the OHA's on a day to day basis, ensuring clinical governance standards/operating guidelines are adhered to and implemented.
Other responsibilities include regional travel for clinics once per month possibly more on occasion to Belfast, Derby and Edinburgh.
You will at all times plan, deliver and evaluate a comprehensive and pro-active OH advice service for customers and ensure the interpretation & compliance of health related legislation for customers e.g Health and Safety at Work, DDA etc...

| Qualifications: |
| - NMC Registered (Part 3 of the register)
- Must have OH qualification (ideally to degree level) and continuous practice since qualifiying
|
| Experience: |
| - Strong track record of experience in OH setting.
- Strong case management experience
- Ideally will have experience in a corporate environment.
- Team leadership experience is vital
- Previous experience in writing/updating policies
